A bevy of top producers have set out to support the debut of a new girl group named ‘C-REAL‘.
According to N.A.P. Entertainment, the girls’ debut album consists of work from Choi Kap Won at the lead, Brave Brothers, Kim Do Hoon, Wheesung, PJ, and Shinsadong Tiger.
K-Pop fans are already familiar with the hits of Brave Brothers, Shinsadong Tiger, and Wheesung.  Kim Do Hoon is the composer behind G.NA while PJ has produced for groups like AKB48 in Japan.
The reason these PDs are banding together to support the girl group is because they believe in the talents the girls have to offer.  Toted as the ‘five-member IU‘, the girls recently released their CF for their title track, “No No No No No“.  The producer behind the track hasn’t been revealed yet, adding to the anticipation of its release.
Their debut album, “Round 1“, will be released on October 12th.

On October 10th, Rain updated his fans on ‘D-1′, the final day before his army enlistment.
After putting up a photo, Rain wrote, “I guess such is my life even until the day before I have to enlist. I visited my mother’s grave before going to edit the recordings from my concert.  It will air through Mnet the night after I enlist.  I ask that you all catch it live.”
Rain performed at his final concert, ‘Last of the Best‘, yesterday at the ‘Kangnam Hallyu Festival‘.  He will be enlisting on October 11th as an active duty soldier.

Two months after actress Han Chae Won ended her own life, the media is finally digging up the truth behind her unfortunate suicide.  On October 10th, MBC‘s ‘Entertainment Plus‘ dedicated an episode to the circumstances surrounding her death.
As reported earlier, she had left a message on her mini-homepage stating, “I want to stop suffering, I want to stop crying”, before hanging herself in her apartment on August 25th.
The police revealed that she had been suffering from depression due to the competitive entertainment industry, and had been receiving treatment for it. During her treatment process, people claiming to be managers for entertainment companies frauded her out of thousands of dollars several times.  One had even claimed that he would promote her on TV if she gave him $80,000 USD.
Han Chae Won’s desperation for the public to recognize her was also revealed through the fact that she had changed her name three times in hopes of earning luck with a new name.
Unfortunately, it wasn’t enough.  After telling her friend that “there is no one to trust in this world”, she committed suicide.  Netizens have been flooding her mini-homepage to express their condolences.

Last month, miss A released a special edition version of their first album in Taiwan, and it’s been climbing local charts!  Immediately after its release, the album ranked first on several charts, proving its explosive popularity.
“Good Bye Baby” ranked first on Taiwan’s biggest music portal, ‘Ezpeer‘, alongside ‘A Class‘ topping their weekly Korea/Japan chart.  On ‘G-MUSIC‘, the girls have ranked in third. The album is special in that it contains Chinese versions of “Good Bye Baby” and “Love Again” along with a music video DVD.
AQ Entertainment revealed, “The group is off to a positive start with their Chinese advancement.  We’re looking forward to more great results.  Please look forward to more promotions coming from the girls.”

With the release of his title track “Family Man” due in a few days, Cho PD has revealed that he will be dedicating the song to his inspiration, Apple co-founder Steve Jobs.
The lyrics for the song itself is about life and death. When a part of the lyrics stating, “I just want to be judged for having lived passionately, because after all, even if you live a nice and gentle life, it can be taken away with tragedies like cancer,” was heard, fans wondered what he had meant.
Cho PD explained, “While working as a musician for the past 14 years, there were times where I was disillusioned to think that I had become a popular name at the beginning of my career.  Afterwards, though, I spent time sitting between my life as a public figure and my personal life and began to deeply inspect it.  I came across a variety of people with a lot of different jobs and found that regardless of their careers, the life cycles of people aren’t too different from one another, which is what my lyrics are about.”
He continued, “Currently, I believe that Steve Jobs was a mentor to many people.  He himself is a reflection of our generation.”
Cho PD revealed that he was an avid fan of the brand because he first began producing his songs through Apple computers.  Despite 20 years going by, he still has the computer he used during his debut days stored in his office.  Cho PD concluded by paying his respect for all that Steve Jobs has done.
