The United States Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, will travelto Pakistan to have talks with the government following Osama binLaden's death. The US raid which killed the al Qaeda leader in Abbottabad this month has caused tension between America and Pakistan.
The Pakistani government has angrily rejected accusations that it helped bin Laden to go undetected for so long.
US State Department spokesman Mark Toner acknowledges the relationship has been strained by recent events.
"Osamabin Laden's whereabouts raised some concerns and we are trying to moveon to address those questions as well as move forward with therelationship, because we feel it's in both our countries interest," MrToner said.
